It’s been an exciting year at Alliance Virtual Offices with the launch of our new coworking plans, which makes it easy for entrepreneurs and businesses to find flexible shared workspaces in the U.S.
As for Virtual Offices, there’s been no let-up in demand for our flexible remote business services.
This style of flexible workspace has been around for more than 30 years (some say much longer), and it continues to gain traction as wireless technology mobilizes business teams and remote working grows in popularity.
In return, our workplace partners are responding with a surge of new virtual office locations.
In the first six months of 2018, Alliance Virtual Offices has added more than 50 virtual office centers spanning 15 states in North America and 1 new province in Canada.
Some of these centers are in cities like New York and San Francisco, which are already well-established on the Alliance Virtual Offices website. But more than half of that number are in brand new Alliance cities — including Santa Cruz (CA), El Paso (TX) and Montréal (Quebec, Canada).
It’s fair to say there’s a hive of activity in the world of virtual offices, and today’s business owner has more access and more choice to flexible working solutions than ever before.
Let’s take a closer look at some of Alliance Virtual Offices’ hottest new markets in 2018:
California:
We already have dozens of virtual office centers across The Golden State, and now we’ve added a further 7 centers in brand new cities. Clustered around San Francisco and San Jose are new virtual offices in Dublin, Felton, Los Gatos, Santa Cruz, and Sunnyvale, while further south, we’ve added new virtual offices in Palmdale, north of Los Angeles, and Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley.
New York:
New York is one of our most popular virtual office markets, and for good reason. Here, entrepreneurs can snap up a prestigious business address or check into meeting rooms in prime NYC locations like Madison Avenue, Times Square, and Avenue of the Americas. Away from Manhattan, we’ve just added Bronx and Brooklyn to our portfolio, giving local businesses a prime New York location just outside the city. We’ve also added a new virtual office in Rochester, on the southern shore of Lake Ontario, a renowned hub for high-tech research and development companies.
Florida:
The Florida city of Miami has long been a virtual office favorite, and now we’ve added two new locations in the Miami metropolitan area. Pembroke Pines is located north of Downtown Miami just off Interstate 75, while Dadeland is a thriving commercial district near the Kendall suburbs. On the west coast, Bonita Springs might be better known for its beaches and family vacations, but it’s also home to a vibrant entrepreneurial hub and of course, virtual offices.
Texas:
We’ve strengthened our Texas virtual office footprint with a new location in Amarillo, situated in the Texas Panhandle, and El Paso in the far western corner of Texas. The bustling city of El Paso stands on the Rio Grande river on the border of the United States and Mexico, near Ciudad Juárez — the largest city by population in Mexico’s state of Chihuahua. So close are the two huge cities that they form an international metropolitan area known as the Paso del Norte or El Paso-Juárez-Las Cruces.
Canada:
We’ve just made our virtual office debut in Montréal, in the Canadian province of Quebec, and what a way to make an entrance! This fantastic virtual office center is located in Downtown Montréal near the historic Golden Square Mile. In addition to an eye-catching business address at 1010 Sherbrooke Street West, this virtual office also offers on-demand meeting rooms and day offices — some of which boast fantastic views over the city and the green slopes of Mount Royal.
